Information on out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

The Czech Bar Association was authorized to deal with out- of- court settlement of consumer disputes in the area of attorney-client disputes. The website of this entity is www.cak.cz.

Fees

We charge the fee according to the complexity of the case, always by mutual agreement with client, by one of the following methods, or their combination:

• hourly fee CZK 1.800 – 2.200
• in accordance with the Attorney’s tariff (Regulation of the Ministry of Justice no. 177/1996 Coll., on fees and remuneration of attorneys for the provision of legal services)
• lump sum (fixed fee) for legal advice
• in the court proceeding in the amount of legal costs awarded by court

Other services:

• The authenticity of signature statement : CZK 30
• Document and money escrow: CZK 5.500 + interest earned on escrow bank account

To all charged amounts, applicable VAT will be added.
